This collection of photographs, featuring longtime residents of East Harlem/El Barrio, aimed to capture the spirit of the community through the real-life characters that embody it. It was commissioned by the New York City Council and  was exhibited at the 2016 Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration at Borough Hall in Brooklyn, NY
